ASSA – Actuarial Society of South Africa’s Annual Convention

We have been the Actuarial Society of South Africa’s long-term trusted partner for its Annual Convention since 2007.

Each year, we bring together 2000 South African actuaries and stakeholders, secure 30 sponsors and exhibitors, and manage 80 to 100 abstract submissions.

AORTIC – African Organisation for Research and Training in Cancer

For more than 15 years, we took the biennial AORTIC International Conference on Cancer in Africa around the continent, from Cape Town in 2007 to Dakar in 2023, with editions in Dar es Salaam, Durban, Marrakech, Kigali, Maputo, and a fully virtual conference in 2021.

Each edition welcomed upwards of 1200 delegates and 35 exhibitors, with more than 800 abstracts submitted, demonstrating our ability to scale complex scientific congresses across diverse African contexts.

BIGOSA – Breast Interest Group of Southern Africa’s Annual Scientific Meeting

We have been the Breast Interest Group of Southern Africa’s trusted partner for its Annual Scientific Meeting since 2014.

Each year, we provide full conference management for around 200 delegates, co-ordinating 15 abstracts and 25 sponsors and exhibitors.

Our long-standing collaboration with BIGOSA reflects our commitment to supporting specialist medical societies with reliable, detail-oriented delivery, helping the organisation focus on advancing breast health research and care across the region.

ICAN 2025 – Infection Control Africa Network

We delivered the 2025 Infection Control Africa Network congress, bringing together 260 delegates and managing 180 abstract submissions alongside 15 sponsors and exhibitors.

Our team provided full conference management for this important gathering of infection prevention and control specialists across Africa.

ICAN 2025 reflects our continued commitment to supporting African-led scientific networks in strengthening public health capacity and knowledge-sharing across the continent.

ICNC 2024 – International Child Neurology Congress

We delivered the International Child Neurology Congress in 2024, bringing together 730 delegates and 10 sponsors and exhibitors.

Our team managed the full conference lifecycle, from programme planning to on-site delivery, ensuring a high-quality experience for specialists in paediatric neurology.

ICNC 2024 reflects our ongoing ability to support focused, mid-sized scientific congresses with the same care and precision we bring to our largest international events.

IFA 2024 – Annual Congress of the International Fiscal Association

K.I.T. Group – African Agenda delivered the 2024 International Fiscal Association Congress in Cape Town, the first time this annual event took place on African soil.

We welcomed 2000 delegates and secured 15 sponsors and exhibitors, providing comprehensive support from conceptual planning through to logistics.

IFA 2024 showcased our ability to significantly grow African participation while delivering a world-class congress experience for a truly global audience.

IUIS 2023 – 18th International Congress of Immunology

K.I.T. Group – African Agenda delivered the 18th International Congress of Immunology in 2023 in collaboration with our head office, welcoming 1800 delegates from around the world.

The team co-ordinated 25 sponsors and exhibitors and managed 1650 abstract submissions, ensuring a smooth scientific programme for this major global gathering.

Successfully delivering IUIS 2023 demonstrated our capability to organise large-scale, high-profile international congresses that bring together the world’s leading researchers on African soil.

WCPDF – Western Cape Property Development Forum Annual Conference

We have been the Western Cape Property Development Forum’s trusted partner since 2023, delivering its Annual Conference for 475 delegates, 20 sponsors, and 11 exhibitors.

WFNS 2023 – 18th World Congress of Neurosurgery

K.I.T. Group – African Agenda organised the 18th World Congress of Neurosurgery in 2023, the first time this congress was held on the African continent.

We welcomed 1900 delegates, managed 1200 abstract submissions, and secured 50 sponsors and exhibitors.

This landmark event significantly increased African participation and showcased the continent’s capacity to host world-class scientific congresses, delivering a truly memorable experience for the global neurosurgery community.
