Ludivine Simon Head of Division Marketing, Communication & Engagement 15 Year Anniversary

This year marks a remarkable milestone: Ludivine Simon’s 15th anniversary with K.I.T. Group. Over the past decade and a half, Ludivine has grown alongside the company, shaping its projects, processes, and people with dedication, creativity, and heart.

To honour her incredible journey, we asked a few colleagues who have worked closely with her—and the woman who first hired her—to share their thoughts, memories, and reflections on Ludivine’s impact.

Below, you will find Ludivine’s own perspective in a short video clip, followed by the full interviews from those who have experienced her leadership, vision, and humanity firsthand.

We invite you to enjoy their stories and celebrate this milestone with us.

Delphine Baudouin, Director, K.I.T. Group France

How would you describe Ludivine’s professional growth over her 15 years with K.I.T. Group?

Having started at K.I.T. Group with a particular interest in project management and communication, Ludivine quickly demonstrated great curiosity and flexibility. These qualities have enabled her to challenge herself to discover new facets of our business constantly. Ludivine has been involved in major international projects (IAC, ESICM, ECFS, IUCN), as well as software development and the management of major accounts in the field of registration, such as ERS or communication and marketing for the company.

What are some of the most significant projects or initiatives she’s led or contributed to?

Beyond the projects she has supported, Ludivine has been a key figure within the group in facilitating ISO 20121 certification and the integration of more sustainable practices into our business. The certification of the International Astronautical Congress in 2022 and that of the IUCN in 2025 owe a great deal to her.

Can you recall a moment when her work made a real difference — either to a project, a client, or the team?

Ludivine is a passionate worker, and when you add her quick understanding, rigour and insight to the mix, she enriches the group with her strategic and structured vision for responding to large-scale calls for tenders, which have led to some great successes (IAC, IUCN).

How has her role evolved as K.I.T. Group has grown and changed?

Ludivine has been able to adapt to changes in our business.
When digitalisation accelerated during the COVID period, Ludivine was there.
When sustainable processes were integrated, Ludivine was there.
When the group’s marketing was strengthened, Ludivine was there.
These are all key steps that have helped to structure and develop our agency.

What personal qualities make her stand out as a colleague or leader?

With clear technical skills, Ludivine knows how to lead a team by combining interpersonal skills, leadership, support, and just the right amount of fun to achieve the desired success. She never judges—she prefers to clarify.

What words come to mind when you think about her 15 years here?

I have shared my greatest successes and my toughest challenges with Ludivine. I have often wished I had multiple Ludivines to support my projects because she is completely trustworthy, exceptionally skilled, and communicates openly.

Looking ahead, what kind of mark do you think Ludivine will continue to leave on K.I.T. Group?

Like a chameleon, Ludivine knows how to adapt to the new challenges that await us. She will undoubtedly support our innovation, our image, and our reputation. It has been a pleasure to watch her work and help the agency evolve alongside us for the past 15 years. There is no doubt that her vision and open-mindedness will enable us to carry out outstanding projects and developments that serve the discipline and our clients.

Jocelyne Mülli, Managing Director, K.I.T. Group

Perhaps you could give us a look into the person you saw in front of you when you interviewed her, and the person who is celebrating her 15th year working at K.I.T. Group?

By now, I know a second person with this first name, but back then, the application with the extraordinary name Ludivine seemed quite exotic and full of promise to me.

Now it has been 15 years—time flies!

Ludivine’s development has been just as rapid.
Conference logistics, head of the graphics division, programming management for a digital platform, delegate services, ISO 20121:2024 certification, marketing and communications, and more—there is nothing Ludivine cannot manage and execute with great success.

She knows no limits: whether it is 10,000 aerospace fans, 22,000 lung doctors, or 12,000 environmental experts, she handles every project with the utmost care and enthusiasm.

Ludivine is bursting with ideas, brings the whole team on board, and rigorously meets every deadline.

Our clients in emergency medicine and we KITonians have one thing in common: neither an incoming patient nor a conference can wait. Processes must run smoothly, and decisions must be made immediately. With Ludivine, we have the best event manager at our side for that.

Our clients value her greatly—and so do we 😊

Happy anniversary, Ludivine! Here is to continued success in the future.
