Delphine Baudouin Appointed Managing Director of K.I.T. Group
K.I.T. Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Delphine Baudouin as one of three Managing Directors, based in Berlin.
With more than 25 years of experience in organising European and international conferences, Delphine has built an exceptional career within K.I.T. Group, shaped by deep operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong international outlook.
Delphine joined K.I.T. Group in 2000, beginning her career in conference and event logistics in Berlin. Over the following fifteen years, she steadily took on increasing responsibilities, including leadership roles in conference logistics and procurement.
In 2015, Delphine accepted the challenge of establishing and leading K.I.T. Group France. Based in Paris, she successfully built and developed the French subsidiary, expanding its activities and teams while strengthening relationships with scientific and professional associations. In addition to her leadership role in Germany, Delphine continues to oversee the successful operations of K.I.T. Group France in Paris and Bordeaux.
Throughout her career, Delphine has been personally involved in the delivery of some of the most prominent international, European, and national conferences, welcoming tens of thousands of participants and hundreds of exhibitors. These events have spanned a wide range of disciplines, from medicine and science to culture and space, and have taken place in cities such as Paris, Milan, Lisbon, Berlin, Vienna, and Barcelona.
Over time, Delphine has evolved from project management into business leadership, with a strong focus on team development, commercial growth, and environmental and social responsibility.
Her experience in successfully establishing and leading an international subsidiary brings a valuable perspective to her new role. As Managing Director, Delphine will contribute to strengthening K.I.T. Group’s strategic development, bringing together operational expertise, international experience, and a deep understanding of the organisation.
